Responsible for the support, installation, troubleshooting and documentation of computers/laptops/printers with healthcare and business technology systems. Problem solving, facilitate process improvement, responsible for documenting/troubleshooting issues related to user inquiries. Assist technicians, administrator and staff in solving technology network problems. Basic project management skills, interact effectively with leadership, managers, staff and providers. Required to use CCH tracking system for incident reporting. Work with system administrator to implement and maintain technology standards for WAN & LAN connectivity and all infrastructure components. Other duties as assigned.
