Congratulations to our November Employee of the Month: Tiarra Davis! 

Tiarra went above and beyond this weekend to make sure I had the details of why a therapy eval was ordered on a patient.  She knew our schedules were not going to coordinate at a later time when the eval would be completed, so she made sure to communicate the difficulties she was observing the patient to have.  Because of her effort, I knew exactly what the patient needed from a therapy standpoint and was able to provide better service myself because of the excellent communication.  Beyond this instance, I have witnessed Tiarra’s interactions with patients many times and she goes above and beyond for our patients consistently.  Not only does she have exceptional patient care skills, but she also has kind words for co-workers.  She’s an uplifting person to work with and I appreciate her effort very much.
