Plus! we will be donating $10 for every child that participates in the free physicals back
to their school’s Academic Foundation.

Once again Clay County Hospital and Clinics will be offering sports physicals free of charge to the community as well as donating $10 for every child that participates in the free physicals back to their school’s Academic Foundation. Walk-in’s ONLY, no appointment needed. Please mark down the dates above and make sure your student is ready for the upcoming sports season!
