“I would like to nominate Jill Hoyt for employee of the month. The blackberry pies did not come on time for the Thanksgiving pie sale. She could have easily told people who ordered those pies, that they did not come in on time and their orders would be canceled. Instead, despite being short staffed this week, she made homemade blackberry pies to complete the orders. That kind of service of going above and beyond is what this award is all about. Thanks to Jill for going the extra mile in making homemade pies. CCH is lucky to have you.”
