Description
Treatment of patients following supervising OT plan of care. Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented documentation skills, functional/patients-centered treatment skills, flexible scheduling ability. Able to life 50 lbs., extended walking, squatting, sitting, pushing/pulling. Other duties as assigned.
Associate's Degree and IL Licensure
This is a PRN role which means that PRN employees are required to cover a minimum of 2 shifts a month and will also get an additional 5% on top of base wages in lieu of benefits. Weekend and 2nd shift differential would also apply as applicable. Pay rate begins at $27.63 and increases with experience.
The CCH benefit package is not available to PRN employees, however, an additional 5% increase in compensation will be added in lieu of benefits.
