Description

Answers phones and transfers calls when appropriate. Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail. Ensures office equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Responsible for a wide range of support and technical duties associated with collecting, entering, coordinating and or distribution of information.  Coordination of scanning functions, prepare, scan or file patient medical records, process requests for Release of Information with particular attention to detail with subpoenas.
This position is a full-time position and located in the Flora Clinic and requires a HS Diploma or GED.  The hours are 7:30am - 4pm but can be adjusted to 8:00am to 4:30pm after training and orientation.
