
Description
Provides frontline technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues. The analyst serves as a key point of contact for troubleshooting problems, managing user accounts and ensuring optimal performance across various IT platforms.
Education required: Associate degree or equivalent. Excellence in problem solving, critical thinking, writing and communication skills. Knowledge of operating systems, networking and cybersecurity.
This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Pay begins at $20.49 and increases with experience.
