Mike Hobbs, CFO of Clay County Hospital, was elected as an officer of the governing Board of the Southern Illinois Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  The election constitutes a 4-year commitment to hold each office in the Chapter, from Secretary to President.
