Clay County Hospital Blood Test Voucher May 2021

The blood test vouchers will be available on our website, at our clinics, and in the Clay County Republican May 1st – May 14th. Vouchers will not be available after May 14th.

The blood draw MUST be performed May 15th- May 29th, 2021.

The hours for the blood draws are: Monday–Friday: 7 am – 7 pm and Saturday: 7 am – 11 am at the HOSPITAL. One voucher per patient. Payment is due when registering at the hospital.
