Diabetes Program Open House

Come join us at the Diabetes Exercise and Education Open House February 14th at 1 pm in the Hospital Conference Room.  You will learn more about our exciting new program “Love Your Health”.  We want to help you control diabetes before it controls you.  You will receive a free exercise band, video and other give-a-ways.  Sign up for the exercise class and be entered in a drawing for a biometric bath scale.  Finger Foods will be served.  Don’t miss this opportunity to Learn and Love your Health!

    Clay County Hospital and Medical Clinics

    🎉 Clay County Hospital’s Life Masters Club Members recently celebrated with “hands in the air” in celebration of their 3 year Club Anniversary! Club members celebrated with finger foods such as croissant sandwiches, a healthy chex mix and a fruit platter. The February’s monthly guest speaker was Clay County Hospital’s Med Surg Case Manager, Sally Wilson, RN who provided valuable information to the club members about Clay County Hospital’s Swing Bed Program, Discharge Planning and Medicare benefits.
