Description
This position will manage all referrals to the behavioral health program and schedule patients for initial visits. Additional duties may include working directly with providers in the clinic setting, obtain vital signs, manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients and professionals, and document in electronic health record.
This role is full time Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, day shift. Minimum pay rate begins at $18.27 for a Clinic MOA and increases with experience.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and MOA clinic experience preferred.
