Description
The employee will be responsible for preparing patient meals according to prescribed diet, prepare food for the cafeteria service as well as serving cafeteria customers. Maintaining a clean work environment is essential as well as knowledge of food service sanitation and food production. Knowledge of therapeutic diets is beneficial.

Employee must obtain at minimum Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of employment. A Food Protection Manager Certificate is preferred at hire, but if not available then must be obtained within 6 months of employment. HS Diploma or GED preferred.
Full time position, 80 hours a pay period (2 week pay period). Sunday through Saturday availability with alternating weekends. Hours are 7AM TO 3:30PM and 11am-7:30pm. Pay begins at $16 and is based on experience.
