Description
Primarily responsible for timely and accurate patient registration resulting in seamless handoff to clinical departments; interviews patient and records accurate demographic and financial information, ensures insurance eligibility, calculates and collects patient portion at the time of service; also responsible for collection on patient account payments, balancing daily cash, answering telephone calls and other duties as assigned.

This position is part-time, benefit eligible position with varying hours, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Starting pay begins at $18.27 and increases with experience.

Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree is preferred. Healthcare experience is also preferred with a strong set of skills in the following areas: computer, Microsoft Office, Google applications, multi-line phones, self-starter, attention to details, and excellent customer service.
