I would like to nominate my nurse, Susan Dufrenne as the Employee of the Month. I am grateful for all she does to keep us organized and everything running smoothly. (Lord knows I could never make that happen by myself!) Her competence, reliability, and genuine caring attitude make a difference every day, not just for me but for our patients’ lives. Working in mental health is a different kind of nursing and it takes someone with patience, empathy, and kindness. She does this with both skill and compassion. Even when things get hectic, I can count on her to always keep our patients’ well-being and quality of life a top priority.
