“I want to nominate Franky Jackson in IT.  I appreciate that he understands that we’re not all “techy” and provide clear, easy directions and instructions and patiently walks me through whatever issues that I may have.  I know that IT is short-handed and spread very thin right now, but Franky took the time to provide concise & easy-to-follow instructions to correct an issue for me that wasn’t work-stopping but sure makes my daily job a lot easier!  THANK YOU, Franky . . .
