Clay County Hospital Prevent Type 2 Diabetes is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

This new program is for you! This education and coaching program will be starting May 15th, 2018 and to work with everyone’s schedule the classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays at 4pm, Tuesdays at 10am and Wednesdays at 7am. All classes will be held in the Clay County Hospital conference room.

    🇱🇷 Happy 243rd Birthday to the United States Army! John Rourk, Hospital Ambassador and retired Army Veteran graciously provided to the employees today cake, decorations, and giveaways to celebrate! The United States Army is the oldest branch of the military and had 243 years of continuous service dating back to 1775. Pat Cooper also presented John with a gift to thank and honor him.
