Monday:  Roast Beef (Fresh Start), Teriyaki Chicken Casserole (NEW), Mashed Potatoes (Fresh Start), Brown Gravy, Carrots (Fresh Start), Dinner Roll

 

Tuesday:    Roasted Chicken and Veggies (Fresh Start), Lasagna, Green Beans (Fresh Start), Baby Baker Potatoes (Fresh Start),  BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad, Garlic Toast

 

Wednesday: 10 Grain Pollock (Fresh Start), Pesto Chicken Casserole (NEW), Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes (NEW), Steamed Broccoli (Fresh Start), Cucumbers & Tomatoes (Fresh Start), Fruit Cobbler

Thursday:   Hickory Smoked Chicken Quarter (Fresh Start), Salisbury Steak, Au Gratin Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables (Fresh Start), Spicy Cauliflower, Minestrone Soup

    We would like to cordially invite vendors and organizations in our area to be part of our annual Clay County Hospital Health and Wellness Expo held at the Flora elementary school. Join our hospital departments and other health vendors as we offer education and motivation for a healthy life style to area residents.

    The Expo is on Saturday October 13, 2018 from 9:30am until 11:30am. Space is limited. Clay County Hospital reserves the right to determine if a vendor meets our criteria and would be allowed to participate.
