Tuesday:   Veggie Pizza with Cauliflower Crust (NEW) (Fresh Start), Pizza, Salads, Banana Pudding   


Wednesday: Brown Sugar Garlic Pork Loin (NEW) (Fresh Start), Goulash, Tuscany Blend Vegetables (Fresh Start), Hashbrown Casserole, Garlic Toast, Cinnamon Baked Pears, Italian Chopped Salad (NEW)  

Thursday: Sweet & Sour Chicken (NEW) (Fresh Start), Shepherd’s Pie, White Rice (Fresh Start), Oriental Blend Vegetables (Fresh Start), Crab Rangoon, Egg Roll

    Clay County Hospital and Medical Clinics

    The Clay County Hospital Endowment Foundation is excited to announce 4 recipients of its 2019 Fall Semester/Program Scholarship Awards. The Foundation awards $5,000 in scholarships per year to qualifying Clay County Hospital Employees who are pursuing educational and training programs. Each scholarship recipient receives $1,000.00.

    Clay County Hospital employees, who received scholarship awards include: Lexus Kohn (Flora) is pursuing her Lab Technician Degree at Frontier Community College; Casey Saatkamp (Flora) is pursuing her Associate Degree in Nursing at Frontier Community College; Kristen Stork (Flora) is pursuing her Business Administration Degree at McKendree University and Carleigh Yeager (Flora) is pursuing her Associate Degree in Nursing at Frontier Community College.

    The Clay County Hospital Endowment Foundation invites and accepts financial gifts to help further the mission of Clay County Hospital Endowment Foundation. Clay County Hospital Endowment Foundation’s mission statement is to build friendships and secure resources for Clay County Hospital. A part of securing resources for Clay County Hospital is recognizing and supporting the importance of continuing education and training of its employees.

    Clay County Hospital Endowment Foundation Board consists of: Bryan Knapp, President, Dr. Scott Suntrup, Vice President, Lisa Cash, Secretary, Glenda Duke, Treasurer, Lee Ann Warren, Mary Beth Stine, Dan Graham, Heather Blank, Cathy Croy, Kim Adair and Crystal Ballard.
